Sue Ellen Casillas is an experienced special education leader with over 10 years of experience supporting students with autism and diverse learning needs. She specializes in inclusive education, sensory-friendly environments, and professional development for educators.

She has led school-wide inclusion initiatives, developed sensory-supportive learning environments, and provided training for teachers, staff, and families. Sue Ellen is also a trained Crisis Intervention Specialist, with expertise in supporting students with behavioral and emotional needs using safe, effective, and evidence-based strategies.

Through Inclusive Sensory Academy, she provides consulting, coaching, and resources to help educators and families create supportive, engaging environments where all students can thrive.
